  2. How do you recommend we navigate keeping up with the political candidates without getting anxious?
  3. Any tips for exercising control in how much media we consume and what can that do for your overall well-being? I would also include social media in the mix as well.

  5. Studies have shown that social isolation is bad for our mental and physical health. Can you give us some tips on how we can stay socially connected.
  6. The election anxiety can trickle into every aspect of our life. Even finances. We just came out of a tough retail financial season. What are some tips to keep your finances on track?
  7. Election news will be at an all-time high the next few months, along with the stress of the holidays. Many Americans use shopping as a coping mechanism when stressed. How can we make sure we are again ending the year strong financially?
  8. Any additional tips you want to add to ensure that Americans stay less anxious this political season?
