You just have to break it down and look at it in meaningful bites. The first step comes with knowing what you value and what you’d like to get out of your life. It’s hard to set a course to sail without knowing where you want to get to first. Sit down and have a soul searching session. What do you like about your life now? What are things you don’t like? What can you start changing immediately and where would you like to be in 1, 5 or 10 years?r Now it’s time to set some goals. Try to avoid nondescript things like, “I’d like to be rich” or “I’d like to have lots of friends” and try to focus on actual, meaningful goals. Instead try things like, “I want to make an extra $30,000 this year,” or “I’m going to attend more networking events, social gatherings and open myself up more.” These are more realistic goals. You have the power to live the life of your choosing. Start today!
