Building Wealth Through Real Estate in this Strange Housing Market
You might not know this crazy statistic but 90% of all millionaires either make their money or hold their money in real estate. That is partly because someone always needs …
Last week I had the great opportunity to participate in Wendy Robbins’ “How to Create and Market Your Ideas” teleseminar series. Since then we’ve had numerous requests to extend the replay deadline to provide more people with an opportunity to listen. Today I’m excited to announce that, due to popular demand, the replay deadline has been extended until midnight on Sunday. This is what Wendy had to say about our interview:
Wow! I spoke with Sharon Lechter today and learned that she has been involved writing 20 books. Several were “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” books, and she has been involved with the Napoleon Hill Foundation for years, revamping a book called, “Outwitting the Devil”. It’s all about the millionaire mindset, overcoming fear, and taking action. We reviewed the principles that Napoleon Hill describes in his classic, “Think and Grow Rich.” He interviewed and studied the 500 greatest wealth-makers of his time, and from their examples, he uncovered the universal laws of success–principles that will work for anyone willing to put them into practice. Sharon talked about Desire. You must have a definite purpose in life. Have passion – sometimes that comes from anger. She was frustrated by the lack of entrepreneurial education in schools and decided to create programs teaching financial literacy to kids and families. What is important to you? What are you passionate about? What are you doing to solve community problems? There is a personal success equation. Write down your passion, talents, and associations. Ask friends what they think you are good at. Get clear and take action. Faith – You need success and confidence. A lot of us lack confidence and it’s why we don’t execute, implement or take action. You have to get past your fear and realize the advantages of adversity. A lot of us are too comfortable, but these are NOT ‘comfortable’ times and there you sit in your comfort zone, right? How is that working for you? And how is obeying your fear working for you? It’s not, right? Are you fearing things because they are new? If so, find a definite purpose. Set a goal. Know your ultimate goal. Master your self conversation – the limitations, the fighting for your limitations, the fear, the victim or entitlement conversation. It is time to take care of yourself and be in service to others! Success – how you feel when you look in the mirror – not in relation to others – as that causes suffering. Sell vs. Service. Instead of being “transaction based”, choose to be in relationship, educate, follow up and be in service Goal Setting – Set small, short term goals first. Experience little victories, celebrate, evaluate what is working and what isn’t. Self correct and move forward. What you can conceive, and believe, you can achieve. Have faith, determination, confidence. Decide, be persistent, get a mastermind, an organized plan, goals, create a system that leverages your time, and effort so you have more time and money to succeed. The conversation was content rich! I’ve only described a few minutes of it – take the time to listen with your family, with your kids, with co-workers and implement what you learn. Looking forward to connecting again soon!
To you living the wow of now, a daily legacy, living and loving richly! Remember, this replay will expire at midnight on Sunday
