I am thrilled to bring back one of my favorite guests, and one of my favorite people for today’s episode. Lisa Copeland is one of the top women in the automotive industry and in the arena of sales and communication, and is also the author of Crushing Mediocrity: 10 Ways to Rise Above the Status Quo. When Lisa left the automotive industry some years back, she received advice from several people to go even bigger, and to expand her reach, which she did with some success. But it wasn’t until a close friend gave her the opposite advice to focus her energy and stay in one lane that her business exploded. Today we’re discussing the importance of finding your niche, and playing big in your field.
