Building an International Franchise Business with Heather Hudson

 

Heather Hudson is the COO and Co-Founder of 9Round Fitness, a specialized gym built around kickboxing, which she created with her husband in 2008. She is a black belt in Shotokan Karate, and is dedicated to helping people discover greater mental and physical strength through fitness. Despite struggling to launch their business in the midst of the financial crisis, Heather and her husband worked continually to turn it into a success, and now have franchises operating nationally and internationally.
